Itinerary

  • pm arrival at the airport in the city of Lima
  • pm transfer to the chosen hotel and overnight
  • 04:00 am destination to Paracas.
  • 07:15 am . Pick up from the Paracas bus terminal.
  • 08:00 am Ballestas Islands Tour.- we will board our boat with 02 engines outboard that will take us to the wonderful Ballestas Islands, a sanctuary most important wildlife on the Peruvian coast, you will observe sea lions, boobies, pelicans, penguins and other sea birds.
  • 11:00 am Transfer from Paracas to Huacachina (Duration: 1 hour)

  • 01:20 pm Start of the Ica City Tour (Duration: 3 hours) to the following places:

Arrival in the city of Arequipa, transfer from the airport to the chosen Hotel. 11:30 am we pick you up to visit the different tourist attractions of the Yanahuara and Carmen Alto viewpoint, such as the Campiña de Zocabayo , Molino del Sabanoa , Paucarpata platforms , Founder's mansion, Balneario de Tingo and finally You can have lunch in a typical tourist restaurant in Arequipa. Breakfast at the hotel at 08:00 then we will leave for the Colca Valley , walking through the districts of Yura and Cañahua Pampa, where you can appreciate the vicuñas, then we will stop in Pata Pampa where we will see the interesting fauna and the panoramic view. from different volcanoes. Lunch. We will visit the hot waters of La Calera (optional). We will spend the night in the Colca Canyon . OPTIONAL THERMAL BATHS: S/ 15

Breakfast, Departure to Cruz del Cóndor where you can appreciate the depth of the canyon , observing the majestic flight of the condors. On the way back we will pass through the traditional towns of Pinchillo , appreciating the pre-Inca hanging tombs, visit the towns of Maca, Achoma , Chanque and Chivay , lunch and trip to the city of Puno. Arriving at approximately 7:30 p.m. where we are picked up and transferred to the hotel.

Breakfast. 07:45.- Transfer to the port of Puno, traveling 25 minutes. to visit the floating island of Uros where you visit for a period of 60 minutes. Then we continue traveling to the island of Amantani arriving at 1:30pm. The guide accommodates the group in family houses, where they have lunch, then they have a walking tour to the temple of PACHATATA AND PACHA MAMA, then they return to the family house where they have dinner and overnight.

Breakfast , We continue traveling for 1 hour to Taquile Island , upon arrival we will walk towards the top of the Island for a period of 30 minutes to the center of the Island where we will stay for an Hour, then we will have lunch, and then go down for more than 500 steps, we can see the famous fabrics and typical clothing, Return to Puno approx. 4:00pm. Transfer to the Terminal to Cusco 21 hours departure to the city of Cusco on a trip of approximately 8 hours.

Arrival in the city of Cusco and pick up from the land terminal, transfer and accommodation at your hotel. Free day to rest (overnight)

06:45 am In the morning we will pick you up from your hotel to begin the tour where we will visit the majestic Sacred Valley of the Incas. Visiting the archaeological center of Chincheros, Maras, Moray , Salineras (entrance 20 soles) passing through the towns of Calca and Urubamba where we will have our typical buffet lunch of our region. In the afternoon we will visit the Ollantaytambo Archaeological group, After visiting the archaeological center we headed to the hotel in the town of Ollantaytambo where we would spend the night.

I pick up passengers from their respective hotels at 04:30 am, and then begin our 3-hour trip towards the foothills of the snow-capped Ausangate or Rainbow Mountain, a name given to it by local people. It is used to locate its territory ( Vinicunca ) between two provinces of Cusco (Quispicanchis and Canchis ) because of the beautiful colors that this mountain offers us since the tone of the colors is set by the current storm, when it is cloudy its colors will be darker and If the day is very sunny it will be lighter in color. During our excursion we will have the opportunity to appreciate the 7 varieties of South American camelids (alpaca, alpaca suri, etc.) on a good day we will be able to observe the largest birds in the world, the Condor, where they live, we can also hopefully see the Andean feline, the Puma, a reservation with which we must be very careful so that these species continue in their habitat, This tour is organized for passengers who are in good physical condition to be able to do a 3-hour trek , then we will go by car to Pitumarka where we will have lunch, then we will return to the city of Cusco, where we will arrive at 6:00 p.m. approximately.

Breakfast at the hotel, at 07:00 am the transfer will pick you up from the hotel to take the bus along the Chincheros road – Ollantaytambo to At Km. 82, we will carry out the corresponding checks for entry and then join the entire team of professionals who will make our trip a success. Starting our walk along the banks of the Urubamba River until we reach Llactapata (an important archaeological group), where we will have lunch and then continue to our first camp in Wayllabamba . Dinner and overnight.

After a delicious breakfast we will begin the tour. We begin the walk in a slow but fabulous ascent until we reach the first pass ( Warmihuañusca ) which is at 4,215 m.a.s.l. , from where we can see an impressive view of two geographical panoramas of mountains and snow-capped mountains that combine with the tropical and with this wonderful view we will have lunch. to continue the descent to Pacaymayu , thus arriving at our second camp. Dinner and overnight.

After a delicious breakfast we continue with the walk until we ascend to the archaeological zone of Runkuraqay (we will find important vestiges of the Inca Culture), and then continue with our journey to Sayacmarca, where we will have lunch and observe how the geography changes from dry to mountainous to semitropical green , on this route we will find the archaeological group of Phuyupatamarca , after a short walk we will reach the last Wiñaywayna camp . Dinner and overnight.

This day we will get up very early and after breakfast we will begin our journey for approximately one hour towards the Intipunku (gate of the sun), managing to observe the fabulous rise of the King star, while being able to appreciate a panoramic view of the Citadel of Machu Picchu, Then we will descend and tour this magical place full of energy and culture, on a guided tour of the enclosures, squares, Sacred Fountains, temples, Towers, the Agricultural and Urban Sector, the temple of the condor and the cemeteries. We will have a free time for the visit in the town of Aguas Calientes, starting at 6:00 p.m. we begin the return from Aguas Calientes by train to Ollantaytambo and then we board the return bus to the city of Cusco.

Departure from the city of Cusco very early in the morning in one of our vehicles. We will cross interesting inter-Andean valleys and picturesque peasant communities. We will visit Pre-Inca tombs, and then stop in Paucartambo , a beautiful colonial town and its interesting museum. Lunch on the route. We continue towards the Cloud Forest, an area very rich in endemic species such as the Spectacled Bear and Cock of the Rock, orchids, bromeliads , ferns, etc. observing nature and then continuing until we reach our Orquídeas de San Pedro hostel where we will spend our first night comfortably installed.

Very early we will look for the interesting Cock of the Rock, Peru's national bird that performs a unique courtship ritual. After breakfast we continue to the town of Pilcopata *, then to the port of Atalaya, a place located on the banks of the Alto Madre de Dios River, at 700 meters above sea level from where we will begin the descent by boat to observe the enormous diversity of existing bird species, such as herons. , vultures, cormorants, etc. until we reach our Private Reserve. We will walk along the interesting trails of this transitional point between high jungle and low jungle where the guide will search, show and explain the interesting diversity of wildlife in the surroundings. Overnight at the hostel. A night walk will be scheduled to observe insects and amphibians.

 

* 1 Optional - Canoeing: From Pilcopata we will do 1 hour and a half of canoeing (classes I and II) along the Koñeq and/or Alto Madre de Dios rivers. You will enjoy the landscape, you will swim in its refreshing waters.

* 2 Optional - Canopy tour: Our Erika Lodge clients go from tree to tree and their aerial platforms using harnesses on horizontal cables with a system of rails with which they slide at high speed over the treetops of this fabulous Amazon jungle until which is rappelled from 15 meters high.

In our boat we will go to the Collpa , a wall of the river where different species of parrots such as the blue-headed parrot, white-eyed parakeet and possibly the Maracano macaw , among others, come down every morning to extract the necessary clay.

Limonal Surveillance Post , we will register in the Visitor Book to control entry to the Reserved Zone. We will begin a trip along the Manu River, leaving all traces of civilization towards the heart of the Reserved Zone for approximately 4 hours to Cocha Salvador, where we will spend the next two nights in our safari camp. During this journey you can frequently see countless species of birds such as macaws, herons, rosettes and great opportunities to see capybaras, caimans, river turtles, monkeys, and hopefully some felines that frequently sunbathe on the beaches or feed on the surrounding trees. In the afternoon we spent our time walking in search of wildlife in this pristine jungle.

We'll probably wake up to the howler monkey declaring its territory. Before breakfast we will have a morning walk since the temperature at this time is pleasant and it is common to find animals in search of food. We will explore Cocha Salvador using the catamaran and try to see the Giant Otters, an endangered species that can be seen fishing, playing or swimming, the Black Caiman, the Hoatzin , interesting flora in its surroundings. We will visit Cocha Otorongo and its observation tower strategically located 15 meters away to appreciate the landscape of the surrounding primary forest and greater chances of seeing the resident otter family, as well as observing birds that inhabit the canopies. Possibility of taking a short night walk in search of the American Toad, horned frogs, tree frogs and a large number of colorful and interesting insects.

This day we will again get up early to hike around our camp and Cocha Salvador. We will be surprised by the gigantic Ceibas, colorful butterflies and surely the curious Squirrel Monkeys, Capuchins and Woolly Monkeys. After breakfast, we will pack up and board our boat that takes us slowly downstream along the Manu River to continue the experience of probably observing peccaries, alligators, turtles, and birds. We will arrive at sunset at Boca Manu. Overnight at the hostel.

This day we will cross the Alto Madre de Dios River, flowing against it, always observing the beautiful landscape of our Amazon jungle and the enormous diversity of birdlife. As the afternoon falls, you will arrive at Erika's Private Reserve where you will rest comfortably in our facilities and we will spend this last night, surrounded by the magic of sounds.

Getting up very early we will continue crossing the river towards the port of Atalaya and then take the bus back to the city of Cusco, arriving there at night.

In the morning Pick up from the hotel to airport for your return flight.
